The temperature in the Classic (Finnish) sauna is between 80 and 100 C. It is recommended to sprinkle the stones with water frequently. This increases humidity which oscillates between 10 and 15%, as well as the percentage of ions in the air which have a soothing effect on the nervous system. You can start your stay in the sauna with wet or dry skin (however it is recommended to dry your skin in order to facilitate the sweating).Please make sure that your personal hygiene is on the required level: in order to achieve that please use bath suit, towel to sit on as well as take a shower before using the sauna.Recommended time in the sauna is 10-15 minutes (for that purpose there is a hourglass). If you drink enough water you can repeat your stay in the sauna 2-3 times. Please note that between two stay s in the sauna you are required to have a 15-20 minutes break in the Relax zone.Please note that between two stays in the sauna you must refresh your body with cold water. In order to do that there is a bucket with cold water installed in front of the sauna.The last shower must be with hot water.

Please make sure that your personal hygiene is on the required level: in order to achieve that please use bath suit and take a shower before using the sauna.

Recommended time in the sauna is 10-15 minutes (for that purpose there is a hourglass). However if you are in good physical condition you may stay longer (for example 20 min.) Please note that if you feel any kind of discomfort during the sweating and/or usage of the sauna you must stop your stay in the sauna immediately. If you drink enough water you can repeat your stay in the sauna 2-3 times. Please note that between two stay s in the sauna you are required to have a 15-20 minutes break in the Relax zone.

Infrared sauna is recommended for physically healthy persons, who do not have cardiac problems. Please consult your doctor before using the sauna.

Please make sure that your personal hygiene is on the required level: in order to achieve that please use bath suit and take a shower before entering in the Jacuzzi. Please do not enter in the Jacuzzi if you have used any kinds of cream and/or oils! Please note that jumping, diving, dipping head as well as any kind of games are NOT allowed in the Jacuzzi. Time for stay in the Jacuzzi varies according the program chosen, for choice of programs please consult the staff. After the end of the program chosen you must leave the Jacuzzi. If you drink enough water you can repeat your stay in the Jacuzzi 2-3 times. Please note that between two stay s in the Jacuzzi you are required to have a 15-20 minutes break in the Relax zone. If you have any acute diseases (particularly infectious and cardiac) you should NOT use the Jacuzzi.
